Founding Believers: Francisco Benitez

Some people find you after you are already working. A few back you before there is much to back. Francisco is one of those, and he has been teaching PayMeGPT in Spanish ever since.

Every platform has a handful of people who showed up before it made sense to. Not customers who evaluated a mature product against a feature matrix, but early believers who looked at something half-built, understood where it was going, and decided to help push.

Francisco Benitez is one of ours. He was one of the first subscribers on PayMeGPT, and he has been one of the loudest advocates for it since, in a way that no marketing budget can buy: by teaching it.

He made the tutorial we hadn't made yet

Nobody asked him to. Nobody paid him to. Francisco built a full walkthrough on connecting MCP inside PayMeGPT, showing how to wire ChatGPT and Claude straight into forms, agents, contacts, and automations. He titled it MCP explicado fácil: conecta ChatGPT y Claude con PayMeGPT GRATIS, and he published it free.

Here it is in full. Watch it, and go subscribe to him.

When he sent it over, the message that came with it said more about him than the video did.

I will keep making more for the spanish speaking audience, i think the next one will be about content creation on PMGPT

He is not building an audience off the platform. He is building an on-ramp into it.

Why the language matters more than we expected

Here is something we did not fully appreciate early on: most of the practical, hands-on AI automation content in the world is in English. If you are a capable operator in Mexico City, Bogotá, Madrid, or Buenos Aires, you are often expected to learn a new platform through a second language while also learning the platform.

Francisco removes that tax. He explains MCP, agents, and automation to people in their own language, at their own pace, without the shortcut of assuming they already speak fluent SaaS. That is not a translation job. That is teaching.

🌎 Our community is not a US community

PayMeGPT customers, white label owners, and partners are spread across countries, time zones, and languages. That happened faster than we planned for, and it has changed how we think about everything from the platform's own multi-language interface to who we build features with. An international community is not a nice statistic. It is a much wider set of problems being brought to us, earlier.

What a founding believer actually gives you

It is easy to describe an early subscriber as revenue. That undersells it enormously. What people like Francisco actually provide is the thing an early platform cannot generate on its own:

  • Proof it works for somebody other than the founder. Anybody can make a demo look good on their own machine.
  • Honest friction reports. The stuff that is confusing, the naming that does not land, the step that breaks. Delivered early, when it is still cheap to fix.
  • Reach into rooms you are not in. A recommendation from a trusted teacher carries weight that an ad never will.
  • Momentum on the bad weeks. Someone believing in the thing out loud, publicly, while it is still being built.

You cannot buy any of the four. You can only earn them, and then try not to waste them.

Go watch his work

If you speak Spanish, or you know somebody who would rather learn this in Spanish, Francisco's channel is the best starting point on the platform that exists right now. He has more coming, and the next one is on content creation inside PayMeGPT.

You can find him on YouTube and at franciscobenitez.digital.

Francisco, thank you. For betting early, for teaching generously, and for opening a door we could not have opened ourselves. Gracias por todo, hermano.
